    CEO

    David Rath’s love of God, family, and farming has been his greatest motivation in the growth of Rath Farms over the past almost 60 years. David enjoys working alongside his sons in all aspects of the business and continuing to provide the vision that carries us forward. Additionally, David created our RF Media division in an effort to bring the word of God to the greater Pittsburgh area.

    Nick Rath

    General Manager

    Nick majored in management at Grove City College with an emphasis on marketing before joining the family business full-time in 2019. Since then, he has been at the forefront of growing our meat business and leading the creation of the Rath Farms Company Store. Nick enjoys every opportunity to engage with our amazing customers and working every day to Raise The Steaks ®

    Will Rath

    Crop Production

    Will graduated from North Catholic High School in 2019 and joined the farm full-time. Growing up around the farm, Will learned hands-on many of the valuable skills that have enabled him to help grow the cattle herd from the original four cows in 2015. He has also found success showing in several national cattle shows. Currently, Will is excited about the prospects of growing the crop production side of our business.

    Adam Tuzikow

    Cattle Operations Manager

    Team Member Since 2016 – Adam is our in-house animal expert. With a lifelong background in cattle and years of experience in the industry, he brings valuable skills that strengthen the breeding and genetics side of our business. Adam works hard to breed, raise, and finish some of the highest-quality cattle in the country.

    Doug Powell

    Facilities Supervisor

    Team Member Since 1994 – Doug is our longest-tenured employee and has been a valued member of our farming family since he started part-time in 1994. Over the years, he has witnessed many changes around the farm but has always played a vital role in keeping the property and equipment in top shape. During the summer, you can always spot Doug on his John Deere, making sure the farm looks its best!

    Joyce Goldbach

    Office Manager / Poultry Production

    Team Member Since 1997 — Joyce is our second-longest tenured employee and started out managing the horse racing and breeding operation through the late ‘90s and 2000s. In recent years, she has handled all aspects of office and administrative work as well as headed up the introduction of our chicken and egg offerings.

    Heather Frazer

    Team Member Since 2022 — Heather joined our team in July of 2022 after starting her career in childcare. She was a customer of the farm in Renfrew before becoming the first customer to join our team! Heather specializes in delivering an awesome in-store experience for our customers and works to bring premium brands from across the country into our store.

    Chelsea Duffield

    Team Member Since 2022 — Chelsea joined our team in early 2022 and played a big role in the smooth transition to our new store in Evans City. She specializes in taking care of Rath Farms' most valuable asset—our customers! Chelsea is also our onsite Certified Food Safety Manager.

    Ryder Rath

    Shop Dog / “Assistant to the Sales and Marketing Manager”

    Team Member Since 2021 — Nick’s golden retriever, Ryder, was born in June of 2019. He isn’t always in the office, but if you’re lucky, you might catch him greeting customers in his signature Carhartt jacket. Ryder never dreamed he would work so closely with two of his favorite things—people and meat!
