Slow Cooker Mississippi Roast

Feeds: 6-8

Ingredients:

  • 1 (3+ lb.) Roast (Center, English, Ranch, Sirloin Tip)- Your choice!
  • 1 packet OR 2 tablespoon of ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 4-8 pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions:

  • Covering the bottom of the slow cooker with liquid is optional. Water, pepperoncini pepper juice, or beef broth can be used prior to placing roast in slow cooker.
  • Place roast in slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle both ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over top of roast.
  • Place peppers on top of the roast and mixes. Feel free to cut up and peppers to distribute better with roast once cooked.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
  • Meat will be tender and easily pull apart with a fork when fully cooked.

Serve with rice/noodles/potatoes and enjoy
