Ingredients:
• 3lbs of Fresh Brussels Sprouts
• 1lb of Rath Farms Peppered Bacon
• 2tbsp of Brown Sugar
• Spicewalla Modena Balsamic Rub (Sold at RFCS)
• Meat Mitch WHOMP! Rub (Sold at RFCS)
• Alessi Balsamic Reduction
Steps:
1. Preheat Your Smoker to 225 degrees.
2. Chop Your Peppered Bacon into Small Pieces and Fry Over Medium Heat in a Cast Iron Skillet.
3. Chop Brussels Sprouts into Quarters
4. Add Your Brussels Sprouts into the skillet with the cooked bacon and lightly sear.
5. Mix in the WHOMP! Rub and Balsamic Rub in 1 to 3 Ratios Respectively to Taste.
6. Add 2tbsp of Brown Sugar and Mix in.
7. Transfer the Whole Skillet to Your Smoker and Smoke for Approximately 45 Minutes.
8. Cover Your Finished Brussels Sprouts with a drizzle of Balsamic Reduction and Enjoy!
