Ingredients:
- 6-8 Rath Farms Beef patties or 2 pounds Rath Farms ground beef
- 2 TBS. olive oil
- 1 ½ TBS. brown sugar
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 TBS balsamic vinegar
- 1 ½ tsp. ground ginger
- 2 TBS soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ tsp. Suckle Buster’s 1836 steak seasoning
- ¼ – ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
- Black pepper to taste
Steps:
- Mix all marinade ingredients well. Pour over beef patties.
- Grill to your preference and add your favorite toppings.
