Ingredients:
- 1 Rath Farms Pork Tenderloin
- 1lb of Rath Farms Cottage Bacon
- Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub (Sold at RFCS)
- Killer Hogs The BBQ Sauce (Sold at RFCS)
Steps:
1. Preheat Your Smoker to 225 degrees.
2. Wrap Your Pork Tenderloin Generously in Cottage Bacon Using Toothpicks to Hold Together.
3. Lightly Season the Bacon Wrapped Tenderloin with Killer Hog’s The BBQ Rub.
4. Cook for Approximately 2 hours or Until the Internal Temperature Reaches 140 degrees.
5. Glaze the Tenderloin with Killer Hog’s The BBQ Sauce and Continue Smoking Until Internal Temperature Reaches 145.
6. Remove from the Smoker and Rest Your Pork Tenderloin for 5-10 minutes before Slicing.
